How do I make a reservation?
To make any reservation, we require a full payment. The rental fee is $100 per night.
What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund of deposit if more than 2 months before rental start date.

25% charge of total rental if between 1-2 months before rental start date.

50% charge of total rental if less than 1 month before rental start date.
How do I get from Montego Bay airport to Point Village Condos?
Taxis can be taken from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ) For your convenience, GenKen Vacation Rentals can put you in contact with our preferred taxi service upon request. The charge is $100 one way.
How many people does each unit accommodate?
The currently available unit accommodates two adults through a queen size bed. The single daybed can accomodate an older child or two small children.
Do you have a safe to lock away valuables?
Yes, we do have a metal safe, but you will have to bring your own combination lock.
Is there snorkeling nearby?
Point Village, the complex where the unit resides, has beautiful snorkeling locations. You will need to bring your own gear.
Do you provide daily maid service?
No. These are guest housekeeping condos. We do not supply beach towels. We do however provide enough linens and towels in the units for a week at a time, and at the end of the week, the housekeeper brings in new supplies and does a general clean-up.
